Welcome to IRBYX (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of our website, APIs, dashboards, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you use the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms and that “you” refers to that entity.

2. Use of the Services

Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any systems or data.
Do not upload malware, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights.
You are responsible for the security of your credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Integrations & Third-Party Services

Our platform may connect to third-party acquirers, PSPs, and tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, performance, or practices.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, designs, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by IRBYX or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.

5. Beta Features & Changes

We may release preview or beta features that are provided “as is” and may change or be discontinued at any time. We may modify the Services to improve performance, security, or user experience without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or scraping the Services.
Reselling or sublicensing the Services without written consent.
Using the Services for illegal transactions or to violate sanctions, AML, or other regulations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IRBYX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts paid by you (if any) to IRBYX for the Services in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to liability.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IRBYX, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services immediately if we believe you violated these Terms, pose security or legal risks, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, but sections intended to survive (e.g., Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) will remain in effect.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Budapest, Hungary shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to the Services or these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
